Jan’s LinkedIn profile is here
Working in advice centres in south London for 22 years, Jan gained a reputation for innovation and for managing change in a highly pressured third sector environment. Her freelance career began in 2000, as an executive coach working in the UK, Republic of Ireland and Singapore. Action Learning is a speciality and Jan was a facilitator/trainer with the UK-wide Action Learning for Managers Project for 3 years. With colleagues Sue and Mollie she designs and delivers in-house change interventions using Action Learning including ILM Endorsed facilitator training. She completed advanced coaching training with the Coaches’ Training Institute and enjoys coaching individuals facing life and workplace changes. Jan is also a trained gestalt counsellor.
Her particular interest in the potential of Action Learning led her to co-found various local and national groups in the UK including ALF (Action Learning for Facilitators).
