Mollie is an Accredited Executive Coach working with leaders and teams in a variety of business settings. She is also an Action Learning specialist, providing ILM Endorsed Action Learning Facilitator Training and facilitating Action Learning for teams and groups.
Combining expertise in Action Learning with Systems Thinking, Mollie takes an integrated approach to improving organisational and individual performance. The performance issues she addresses are typically expressed as the need to change in areas such as customer service, efficiency, revenue generation or staff morale.
She focuses on helping clients ask powerful questions in order to do things better, and to do better things. People discover that developing themselves as action learning coaches opens the door for increased effectiveness, enjoyment and greater success.
Mollie’s work is underpinned by psychological awareness of human behaviour and a person-centred approach to learning and development. She has a keen interest in the neuro-science of learning and mindfulness.
She draws on a varied range of methods including analytical and creative ways of working, offering media and methods usually applied to the creative arts as part of her work.
