ACTION LEARNING FACILITATOR SKILLS
(2-day Workshop)

THURSDAY 1ST AND FRIDAY 2ND MAY

Time: 9.30 am - 5 pm
Venue: Friends Meeting House, Euston Road, London (nr Euston station)

Course leaders: Sue Carter and Jan Hall

Specifically for people employed within the public, private and not-for-profit sectors who have some training or facilitation experience, this workshop covers action learning set theory, format and skills. No previous knowledge of action learning is required.

You will have plenty of opportunities to practise the skills of action learning facilitation, in an encouraging and enjoyable small group environment.

You will learn:

The skills necessary to become an effective Set facilitator
How to start up a Set
Roles and responsibilities within a Set
How to facilitate the different stages of a Set meeting
How to create and maintain a learning environment

Fee: £375 including comprehensive manual and 1:1 follow up support (group discounts available)
