Suitable for: Managers, supervisors, project workers, team leaders, those working with volunteers and community groups
Participants will learn to:
- use a simple problem solving model
- create and use thought-provoking questions, including questions which help the problem holder to reframe their own or others’ perspective on the problem
- demonstrate reflective listening
- give and receive effective feedback
- make use of a personal action plan for applying their new skills

"Thank you for a great day. The course was really interesting and useful. I think we all got a lot out of it and some great techniques to try back in the office and with our community/volunteer groups."
